I met Karen through a business networking group in October 2020. After speaking with her, she offered me a complimentary strategy call. That one hour (& a bit!) strategy call was very valuable in itself, and I realised that doing one of Karen's coaching programs would be very beneficial to me. I therefore signed up and have been undertaking the coaching with Karen since December. I am getting SO much out of Karen's coaching that I will definitely do more of her programs. Karen is a lovely, genuine, down-to-earth person who knows how to explain things in a way that is easily understandable.
